Yeah, Copenhagen’s finally not only in my heart (LOVE this city), but also on my lips – thanks to the newly available (in Switzerland) shade «Copenhagen» from the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream range. Doesn’t it look pretty? As a true Danish girl I simply had to get it! Copenhagen: NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream The NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams look similar to the NYX Butter Glosses. But not only the packaging is alike, they both have the same applicator. First I was a little unsure about the application (it’s quite an intense shade and the applicator doesn’t really have a pointy shape), but to my own surprise the shade went on pretty easy and quite precise. (But of course: if you want your lips to be just on point, then you’ll have to use a lip liner). When applied the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream doesn’t instantly look matte, but needs a few minutes to dry down. It leaves a beautiful satin matte finish, which feels surprisingly light, thanks to the creamy and comfortable texture. «Copenhagen» has a good color payoff and wears for several hours.
